For a long time, I believed that if I just worked harder, pushed more, and stayed busy enough, things would eventually feel stable. They didn’t. What I got instead was burnout, emotional exhaustion, and a business that technically worked… but didn’t feel sustainable.

That realization led me to define The Million Dollar Standard, a leadership framework built on three pillars: Grounded. Focused. Fueled.

This isn’t theory.
This framework is what took me from depletion to steady, sustainable leadership in my business, my body, and my life.
