Why I’m Raising the Standard (and What I Refuse to Normalize Anymore)

Burnout doesn’t always come from a lack of effort.

I wasn’t burned out because I lacked strategy, intelligence, or work ethic.
I was exhausted because I was living beneath the standard I was capable of holding.
